Owner and Senior Loan Processor
Robert has been working in the mortgage industry since 2013. In this time, he has gained experiences and knowledge to be prepared for any situation that may arise throughout the loan process. He is very detail oriented and organized to ensure that your loan will close quickly, smoothly and on time, every time.
Taylor has worked in the Logistics Industry for over 3 years. While dedicating time in understanding the ins and out of running a business, she has focused on learning social media tactics to demonstrate business growth. Her passion for success and understanding what it takes to get there is unmatched. Creating solutions in tough situations, demonstrating customer intimacy, and building client trust is what sets Taylor apart from others.
Heather comes to PPMG with about a year of experience. She excels in the investor world, handling mostly Non-QM deals. She has a 10 year background in commercial lines insurance. She is eager to learn and grow her knowledge in the industry.
Aaren has been working in the mortgage and financial industry since 2008. She has handled a variety of complex mortgage transactions and is always ready to tackle any task. She strives to always put the borrower’s best interest first and believes communication is key to any mortgage transaction.
Bobbi has been processing since 2020, with previous Loan experience since 2005. She also has a restaurant management background, which provides her knowledge of Customer service, urgency of time and delegating what needs to be done to get the your loan closed on time. She is experienced in Non-QM loans as well as Government Loans and strives to find answers for anything that may arise.
Amanda has been processing for two years now and loves the sometimes challenging yet very rewarding experience of being a part of closing a mortgage loan. She has a background in the legal field as a paralegal for 14 years including managing a law firm for almost half of that time. She understands the importance of attentiveness and customer support. She takes pride in her work and wants everyone in the process to be happy. She is experienced in Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
I grew up in SW Florida and my first job was in the mortgage industry, I started as a receptionist and assisted loan processors, over 12 years in the Fort Myers / Cape Coral area, I continued to learn and grow and was branch manager, licensed loan officer and a processing trainer at the time we decided to relocate to NC. I took some time off from the business but jumped back in a couple years ago to find my way back to my original passion. I am currently living in the NC foothills, currently licensed in NC and FL, and have continued to learn, grow and love the challenges and satisfaction of helping communities become homeowners. I am very detailed oriented and resourceful. I enjoy building relationships with affiliates and borrowers and I feel great satisfaction for each and every closed loan for all parties involved.
Alysia started in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer Assistant working in the retail division for several major lenders and gained valuable knowledge of lending guidelines and products. In 2020, she made the switch to third-party processing and has since helped several Loan Officers open their own mortgage brokerages and trained retail processors for the broker community. She was raised in the Sandhills of North Carolina but now resides in San Diego. She’s a mom of two, a devoted wife, and an avid equestrian.
